Strive Workspaces LoHi

Strive came to the table with an operating brand and a proven membership model. We brought the building, the development work, and oversight through design and construction. The result is a boutique workspace run by people who do this every day, in a building that would otherwise have sat underused.

The decision was to work with the existing structure rather than against it. The original tall windows stayed, and became the defining feature of every private office. Ceilings stayed high and exposed, with mechanical runs and track lighting left visible rather than furred in.

Interiors are quiet and warm: soft sage and cream walls, walnut casework, brass and blackened metal fixtures, sustainable carpet tiles, and plants throughout. It reads more like a well-kept hospitality space than a corporate suite, which is the point.

Lower Highland is one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods, near Platte Street and a short walk from downtown. Members step out into restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique retail, with the river and its parks close by. On-site parking is a rare advantage in this part of the city.
