Refined contemporary architecture, executed with discipline. Charcoal vertical siding, cream block stone anchoring the base, red brick between units. Black mullioned windows, arched front doors recessed into brick surrounds, steel awnings and lantern sconces at every entry.

Restrained, and built from materials chosen for longevity. Less explicitly historical than the neighborhood’s older brick stock, but committed to the same idea: a building that reads as confidently in thirty years as it does on opening day.

Five buildings front a quiet residential street with garages tucked behind. Each home meets the curb with a generous setback, a planted garden, and its own recessed entry alcove, softened by street trees.

The result reads as a row of distinct townhomes rather than a single complex. Every resident gets their own front door and their own address.

Earthy and natural. Cream and maple cabinetry with warm oak on the floating shelves, vent hood, primary vanities, and kitchen island. Carrara quartz counters, fireclay farmhouse sinks, quality appliances. Black mullioned windows carry the exterior language inside.

Wide-plank flooring throughout, pet-friendly and made for a life lived well. Handmade-feel ceramic tile in kitchens and baths. Matte black hardware and plumbing, frameless shower glass, iron balusters with flat-bar handrails. The palette is deliberately restricted: warm whites and soft neutrals, deeper tones in the baths, no cool grays anywhere.

Health-forward design is a constraint we held from the beginning, not a marketing layer: mechanical systems optimized for indoor air quality with integrated purification, oversized windows on every level, layered lighting tuned for warmth and calm, and finishes chosen for longevity over trend.

Two blocks from Sloan’s Lake Park, the city’s second largest green space: 177 acres of trails, open fields, playgrounds, and tennis courts, with views of the downtown skyline and the Rockies.

A short walk the other way is Edgewater Public Market, a hub for food halls, breweries, and shops. Light rail, dedicated bike routes, and close proximity to LoHi, Jefferson Park, and downtown put the rest of the city within easy reach.

Inside, the spaces calm you the moment you walk in: warm whites, natural wood, handmade-feel tile, soft light. Above, the rooftop deck opens onto a private slice of Colorado sky, mountains to the west and downtown to the east.

The intent is a true sense of home in a model too often built for temporality.
